1. Remember the face of a person to release.
2. Notice what you feel inside your body.
3. Say whatever you want to say to this person.
4. Engulf this person in a bubble of light.
5. The bubble becomes a balloon with a string also attached to you.
6. Cut the cord and watch what happens.
7. Observe the cord attachment area closed and healed.
“Both people are equally responsible for the success of their relationship.”
Cutting Energy Cords
You probably have thought of a person at the same time they reciprocated. That is a communication cord. Also loosely termed telepathy, intuition etc. it is an energy transmission of information without sensory or physical interaction.
We plug into each other on an energetic level via invisible energy cords. These cords often attach to our power center solar plexus chakra. But also seen as cobwebs or lines attached to various areas of the body.
You are not ending the relationship with a friend or loved one by cutting the cord but rather enhancing it. You simply return their energy and retain more of your own.
The energy cord will reconnect the next time you meet or speak.
Below are a couple of cord-cutting methods that may help you recover your energy as well as returning your loved ones.
Fire Ritual Cutting
1. Go to a beach, park or back yard where you can legally light a fire.
2. Walk meditatively picking up short twigs while contemplating the person to release.
3. Wrap the twigs with twin and stand in front of the fire.
4. Lovingly place the twigs in the fire.
5. Still envisioning the person verbalize your intentions.
6. Thank the person for helping to accelerate your Souls evolution.
Confirmation Of Success
You'll probably hear from the people you release within a day or two. They'll say things like, "I don't know why but you suddenly came into my awareness. I’m curious about what you’re doing”.
Simply tell them you returned their energy and reclaimed your own.
You might feel an unexpected emotion without an associated thought. Someone is in your space so cut the cord.
If a relationship ended permanently regardless of the situation you may consider cutting the cord or cords.
