4. Offer the feeling to Earth’s surface in front of you.

5. State your positive intention.

6. Watch as your feeling and intention circle the Earth and returns to you.

7. Receive Earth’s gift in your heart center. Allow it to fill every cell of your body.

11. Receive the Sun’s gift of Gold Light in your heart center. Allow it to fill every cell of your body.
