It's All About You
Everything outside of you reflects your true nature.
Everything you experience comes from inside you.
When you have an aversion to something it is projected from inside you. It is a reflection of your inner thoughts and beliefs.
When you stop reacting to events and people outside of you happiness triumphs.
I attended a meeting and took an immediate dislike to one person not knowing why. My negative emotional body kicked in on automatic pilot.
Afterwards I realized this person was my mirror reflecting what I didn't like about myself.
It was hard to admit how much I disliked that aspect of myself.
The Mirroring Practice
1. Visualize someone in you third eye.
2. List everything you find objectionable.
3. Apply the disapproval to you and own it.
If that person reenters your awareness just let the thought pass through you.
