Smile

Smile Training
Scientists say that frowning age’s people faster than smiling.
They also say we use more muscles to frown than to smile.
Studies have proven that our bodies react negatively to frowning (heart rate, skin temperature etc.).
We often respond internally to the outside world. Facial expressions are no exception. When someone frowns it may bring you down.
When we smile our mood automatically elevates, whether it’s forced or not.
Practice smiling five minutes each day and lift sadness, depression, the blues or just because it feels so good.
When you smile your brain believes you're happy.
